The last step was to create even more shininess (me like shiny). This was done by applying a double dose of shininess.
Apply the Lighting Effects Filter (Effects>Render>Lighting Effects)
Manipulate the spotlight by pulling on the handles around the circle and move the light's position by dragging the white spot.
I left everything on the default except for the texture channel. Turning on the texture channel creates bumps on the image according to which channel you select. The white is checked for the high spots and I pulled the slider to about 50%.
Hit OK and you can see the applied effect gives it a little more pizazz and, of course, shininess (me like shiny).
If you want completely over the top shininess you can get it by reapplying the effect with Filter>Last Filter (command-F). As the Rainman would say..."Very Shiny."
